FinestraSA Pty Ltd is a highly respected Double-Glazing supply / install, servicing and maintenance company specialising in uPVC, aluminium and timber double-glazed windows and doors, servicing all areas of Adelaide. With the increasing focus on energy efficiency, our business is rapidly growing.

We are looking for two (2) full time motivated and reliable employees to join our small friendly team. The successful applicants will be directly employed by FinestraSA Pty Ltd and will complete their certificate 3 in carpentry or Joinery with a licensed training provider whilst undertaking on the job and classroom training. Uniform and safety PPE will be provided.

You will work under the guidance of a master craftsman trained in Germany and you will be exposed to a variety of projects, including custom made, bespoke work, joinery, installation, etc. You will report to the Company director who is an expert in modern and traditional craftsmanship and a competent Trainer and Assessor (TAE 40116 certified).

We are looking for someone who enjoys learning new skills, can listen, ask questions and is willing to follow instructions. You will also be patient and able to exercise an appropriate level of initiative. Neat presentation and the ability to liaise and work well with our clients and other employees is a must.

About you:

• Possess a drivers’ license (Preferable)

• Minimum education completion of year 10
• Energetic, reliable and punctual

• An eye for detail

• Good maths and hand/eye skills

• Interest in working with timber and tools

• Physically fit

• Ability to maintain a safe work environment.

Candidates who have completed some form of work experience within Joinery or Carpentry will be highly regarded.
